A large produce company in New York City purchased several prefabricated in plant offices for use in their warehouse in the Banana District. This factory assembled and welded steel control booth from Par-Kut was supplied with windows in three sides, three built in steel counter-tops, two sliding doors, plenty of light and outlets, a couple sliding windows for passing paperwork, an industrial tread plate floor, and even a notch built into the wall that allowed the prefab in plant office to be butted up against an existing steel column. The modular inplant office was painted in the owner's color of choice and delivered ready to install and use.
